Stamp Show Hong Kong 2012
April 1 - June 30/2012
Stamps-Carving is a heat-booming in Hong Kong. The Origin of Stamps-Carving is from Japan, we called it as “Keshigomu-Hanko”. “Keshigomu” means an eraser/a rubber; “Hanko” means a stamp in Japanese. It is a very interesting hobby using a designer knife to carve the images out from the rubber.
This year we are very proud of delivering a Japanese hobby to Hong Kong by organizing a FIRST Stamp Show in Hong Kong.
It is to promote the joy of stamping, and how to make stamps by using simple tools.
Although this first time event we organize in a small scale to have an easy management,
we are more than happy to organize this Stamp Show Hong Kong in an annual basis to attract more local people to have an art exchange in the near future.
